" When my Miele dryer quit working I called Miele and got the number of BCB Appliance Services.  I found out that Aaron's territory is huge and wondered how he could manage all that.  He came as soon as possible and brought the suspected piece of equipment with him. After replacing the computerized control board in my dryer and testing it, I asked about why my Miele washer was thrashing around when it was spinning a load dry.  Aaron thought that it would be the drum stabilizers wearing out, and luckily he had a pair on his truck.  He offered to replace them -  then and there.   I was SO grateful to have that done as well..... even though it was so late in the day. My dryer would not come on and I thought that something was wrong with the part as that was the problem before.  I contacted Aaron and he told me to just keep trying to turn it on throughout the day as sometimes it is a problem with the power grid.  Sure enough when I tried it later in the day, it came to life and has been ever since!  He could have made a service call;  but, was honest and with his extensive knowledge, diagnosed the problem and saved me the service call!  I was so grateful.  I highly value integrity!! Months later,  I had a problem with my older Miele coffee maker and was able to drop that off and have it repaired in a very timely manner.  I am very grateful to know that I have someone available to keep my beloved Miele appliances in great working order!!  I bought them to last me my lifetime and with Aaron available to repair anything that stagnates, I am all set!!
